Our Team
How this desk is organised
Dubai Alternative is a desk, not a line-up of profiles. What follows is the set of jobs the desk covers for Indonesian visa and stay-permit work, and who is accountable for each of them.
- Submission and tracking. Files through the official portal, keeps the reference numbers, and reports status changes as they happen rather than on request.
- Regulation watch. Tracks circulars and portal changes from the Directorate General of Immigration and marks any page on this site that a change makes stale.
- Client correspondence. Answers in writing, keeps the thread in one place, and repeats the fee breakdown before payment rather than after.
- Escalation. Handles refusals, requests for additional documents and appointment problems, and explains the options honestly, including the option to stop.
Why there are no names on this page
You will not find degrees, years of service or licence numbers on this page. Those are verifiable facts or they are decoration, and we are not willing to publish them as decoration. Ask, and you will be told who is working on your enquiry. That answer is specific to your case, which is the only context in which a name is worth anything.
What we publish, and how it is checked
Where this site states a rule, a fee or a schedule, it comes from the operator or the official source, and we say so on the page. Where a rule has not been confirmed against an official source, we say that too. If a page here contradicts what you were told by an operator or an official office, write to us. We will check it and correct the page.
Beyond the horizon: Why Indonesia beckons as a luxury alternative
Indonesia, an archipelago nation boasting over 17,500 islands, is emerging as the sophisticated Dubai alternative. It offers a profound counterpoint to the urbanized opulence of traditional hubs, presenting a tapestry of vibrant cultures, breathtaking natural beauty, and a burgeoning luxury infrastructure designed for ultimate privacy
